1.Introduction#

Our Privacy Policy (§5.1) and Data Processing Addendum (§4) describe the categories of third-party sub-processors VartaDesk engages. This page is the itemized list.

Application compute, the primary database, and the job cache are operated by SevenD Mobility Solutions LLC on infrastructure we provision. Object storage for documents and media uses Amazon S3. Messaging, AI, email, payments, and website analytics vendors below process data only when the matching channel, pack, or gateway is connected for your workspace.

2.Sub-processor List#

Names below match the providers wired into the product today. A row applies to your tenant when you use that capability (for example, Twilio SMS only if an SMS channel is connected).

3.Selection Criteria#

Per our DPA, any sub-processor we engage is required to enter a written agreement imposing data-protection obligations no less protective than those in our DPA, and we remain fully liable to you for each sub-processor's performance. We only send personal data to a messaging, AI, email, payment, or analytics vendor when you have connected that capability.

4.Notification of Changes#

Per our DPA (§4.3), we will notify you of any intended changes to sub-processors at least 30 days in advance, and we will update this page. If you object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds, you may terminate your subscription without penalty, provided you notify us within 30 days of the change notice.
